Biography: Heather is a Sports Therapist who graduated from the University of Worcester in 2020 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy. She has over four years of hands-on experience delivering sports massage in a variety of clinical settings, including a spinal health centre. Alongside this, she is also qualified in acupuncture and dry needling, which she finds particularly fascinating for their role in pain management and recovery.

Heather combines her clinical skills with a passion for helping people feel their best – not just physically, but in confidence too. She also works as an online health and fitness coach, supporting clients in becoming the most empowered versions of themselves through movement, mindset, and education.

She has a special interest in working with runners, helping clients improve performance, manage injuries, and reach their running goals.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Heather out on a run, training in the gym, or hunting down a great coffee and pastry.
