Cancellation policy

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
It allows us to maintain highest level of care to our clients.

We understand that emergencies happen, please get in contact as soon as you know you are unable to make the appointment. We operate our cancellation policy to allow us to continue offering the highest level of care to clients on our waiting list who need an appointment and to ensure they can make it.


By booking and continuing with your appointment you acknowledge and accept our policy.


We request that you please give 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee (48 hours notice only includes working days).

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours and missed appointments will be charged at the full appointment cost.
  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a fee of £15.


If you incur a cancellation fee, we require payment of the fee at the next appointment. If you accumulate two cancelled appointments within 48 hours, we require payment of the outstanding fee before any further appointments can be booked.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to deliver your full appointment slot time but please bear in mind this may not be possible.


Is this your first appointment? If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you won’t be charged. We do not charge a fee for first-time appointment no-shows or late cancellations. However, if you cancel your appointment on the same day, we may ask you to pre-pay for your next appointment. After your first appointment, you will be charged as per our cancellation policy above.
